Yes, for repeated suspensions. For some infractions, the first warning is just a warning, no suspension applied (we do record warnings on our side). Whether a warning is first given or not may depend on the severity of the issue and/or newness of the user to the site. For example, someone intentionally, maliciously posting illegal content would most likely be suspended immediately.
