Thanks for the giveaway but I already have the game.
I see from your current avatar that you are a fan of Avatar: The Last Airbender. So am I. What do you think of The Legend of Korra? I think it's great they made a second series and, while an interesting world, I have to say that I definitely enjoyed the first Avatar series a lot more. I felt that the first season of The Legend of Korra had real potential but the finale destroyed it. I always sympathized more with the Equalist revolutionaries (the antagonists) than to Korra and her gang (the protagonists) -- which says a lot -- but that's not why I didn't like it. It just felt like they were pandering to a childish fanbase (that could never accept a realistic type of ending) with the result that the ending was more along the lines of a children's fairy tale. What a disappointment.

It doesn't matter that the message wasn't originally directed to you. I'm just glad someone finally responded. For all I know, the guy with the Aang avatar who created this giveaway might not even know what we're talking about and instead just found a "cool-looking" avatar.
It doesn't bother me that it's a continuation in a world where the past characters are dead -- except, of course, for Katara who is still alive, as an old woman. What bothers me is that a potentially promising show didn't prove itself either as intellectual or realistic as the original Avatar: The Last Airbender. Whereas Avatar was a show both children and adults could watch and really enjoy, Korra is more of a children's show with the typical "bad-guy-has-to-get-beaten-by-good-guys" fairy tale-style formula. In the season finale, everything "negative" that happened to Korra or her gang was completely reversed so that they really suffered nothing, which just isn't realistic. Avatar was never like that. Throughout the show, there were likeable characters who died or made some sort of sacrifice but none of that happened in Korra.
