Your ratio seems pretty great, unless you mean the in-group ratio.
There's also My Trash Your Treasure Giveaways which doesn't have a ratio per say, you just give back if you win and of course if you want too and it's pretty active. There's a thread in the Group recruitment section if you want to apply.
