💡 My thoughts about the game 💡

 
Dr Livingstone, I Presume? is an excellent escape room game set around the friendship of the historical characters David Livingstone and Henry Morton Stanley. In reality, after Stanley found and rescued the world-famous explorer Livingstone in modern-day Tanzania, they eventually parted ways after five months and Stanley equipped Livingstone with new supplies for a fresh attempt at finding the source of the Nile river. In the game, your protagonist Henry Stanley instead receives a letter pleading for him to return to Livingstone's (fictional, Leonardo da Vinci-style) African house to offer urgent assistance.
When you get there, your friend David is nowhere to be seen, and you have to riddle your way through the house chock-full of memorabilia and little puzzles to find him, or at least discover what happened to him.
The game has high production values, some interesting puzzles, and excellent voice acting by Simon Jackson as Henry Morton Stanley.
