It says ''ALREADY REDEEMED This gift has already been redeemed. Please use our Order Resender, if you are looking for the key.'' I requested my order resender and this game isn't there. Is it possible that this key has been already used?
I was having some issues accessing Steam as well yesterday - many times while browsing the store it came up with errors to my searches. Looks like a Steam hiccup.

I have a strange feelin that this is HBs fault. They didn't sent me any mail when I tried to redeem it and now I can't get the ''claim the key'' part.
