So it's a polite suggestion, I've seen a lot of users who are fine of people joining in just for the DLC or they own half the games in a package. In the end is better to post a disclaimer. Post the whole FAQ next time:

In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner.

"In the end is better to post a disclaimer." Yes, of course. But since ther's no disclaimer, refer to the guidelines => "We ask users not to enter giveaways for packages if they already own the majority of the games."

Just have some courtesy towards the other users. I own the first two chapters too, so I'm not entering and hope someone will win the whole thing.
If the giveaway creator is okay with people entering just for one chapter, then go ahead if you want, but it's quite selfish, IMO.

I didn't enter at first, but since the GA creator didn't answer in several hours I rather risked a reroll, it's not rocket science you know, just common logic. Opinions differ, all that matter are the rules, and the rule clearly state that it's the creator that has to deem something selfish or not.
