If the game is, for example, EU region-locked, then you can't activate it in Usa or Africa or Russia etc.
If the game is RU/CIS region locked then you can't activate it outside RU and CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, etc.)
If it's ROW, ROW means Rest Of the World, usually means every country that is not mentioned in information about region-locks...

I usually use threads by Sensualshakti to get info bout locks. Find your region there. Forged Battalion is also region locked game.

Looks like you're in ROW category...your key can be activated everywhere outside of listed areas (SA, Africa + Middle East, Asia, RU/CIS)
