That's odd. I only have the base game and none of the DLCs and yet I can't enter because it shows "Exists in Account".

Yeah. I'm guessing it has something to do with how https://steamdb.info/sub/423260/apps/ shows the DLCs but https://store.steampowered.com/sub/423260/ doesn't
