I have no idea if the key is used or not. I will cancel the giveaway if the key is used.
By entering the giveaway, you mean you understand and accept the above statement.
If the key doesn't work, the winner will just mark it as "not received".
EDIT: And you cant delete/cancel a giveaway if the winner doesn't agree to it.
