So, uh... What to do now?.. From what I can get - he is permabanned o_o
Its all resolved. Don't worry. I removed some games that I didn't want to play through Steam support but some of those games I won from here so it triggered a ban. I got all of the games back through steam support and now its fixed.
Wow, that's an interesting... Bug? It's not really a bug though o_o at least you resolved it :)
I wouldn't say it was a bug as I was manually banned, but they didn't know the games were activated since they were removed
