Did you find some key for this? Because if you are from Russia, then you cannot gift it through Steam to pretty much anyone who is also not from Russia.

The Unrated one has some additional scenes, and it is registered as a different product. I am not sure if activating an Agony key would still give you the Unrated one as well, I thought they stopped doing it months ago.
