I hope your profile is in order (no regifting, multiple wins etc.) cos I'm gonna sgtools check it and ask for a reroll if something is fishy, be warned!
They won't grant a re-roll based on this reason/criteria though. It happened to me with 3 giveaways I did at once, even though they were mid-level -- absolutely ridiculous. I ended up just having to bite the bullet and not deliver the games based on principle and then re-made new giveaways using sgtools to check people before giving the private giveaway links out. It's a sad state of affairs when you have to rely on a 3rd-party site like that. The policies and staff here can be retarded at times, so my advice is to not depend on them.
I don't know what you mean, if a person is in violation of the rules and has not yet been punished for it the reroll will be granted, it has always worked for me.
