Keeping a log here for future reference:

• Contacted winner as soon as GA ended, tried to add him to Steam so we could complete the GA.
• Almost 24h past, winner has been non responsive. Blocked me (as seen by my innhability to add him again after my previous request "disappear")
• E-mailed him a while ago, so he knew. No response whatsoever. Both Steam and SG shows recent activity (he's even online now).

Will wait some more before opening a support ticket. Hope this GA can make to a good home.
