Back in the day I watched Dragonball Z, but nowadays I don't watch anime anymore.

Not sure about ranking them, but 5 I really like are Humanity has Declined, Excel Saga, Sayonara Zetsubei Sensei, Serial Experiments Lain and .hack//Sign.
