Understand what being the winner in this contest means, and thank each person responsible for this game, nay, work of art. Bad Rats: The Rats' Revenge is not something to be taken at the surface, for it is a sociopolitical statement. Who are the rats? The people? The government? The Catholic Church? My dad? Such a subjective creative piece cannot answer that question but merely give you a quick glance at the genius of the developers, who put tedious effort into adding small Easter eggs for those clever enough to find them. For example, though I haven't even figured out how to get past the main menu but if you read closely at some of the graffiti, you can read cryptic messages such as "PLA4" and "HALP". What could they mean? A plebeian mind such as myself cannot figure it out.
