Also, I checked out your page, it's cool actually. :-) I have a suggestion to make, if you don't mind: if you use tags (I saw a "pokemon" and "mmorpg" one), you should make a subpage where one can see all the used tags and choose from them. :-) (This url would be perfect for it: http://katoweb.org/tag/ ) Or make a "tagcloud", or something like this. :-)

I like the design, and the colors of your page.
I wish the fading links would fade in and out faster.
I find the animation for the stars at the top confusing, and I'd rather just see them change color.
While the layout has a great width for a smaller 4:3 monitor, it feels too narrow on a widescreen monitor and I wish it would be a little wider on my display.
The content on the site (the most important part of any website) is not interesting to me.
