Thank you! I heard it was really good, so I'm excited. I'm not sure if I have to have played the other one first, though.

I think the game can be played independently. The two scientists (or doctors, maybe) are from To the Moon, but the main premise of these stories is having the dying person achieve an ambition or goal. So the real heart of the story involves the dying person, their past life, the people from their life and whatever mystery journey they want at the end. I have only played To the Moon, but loved it. This should be a good story rich game too. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks!
I recently played A Palace on the Hill, and while short, I still think it was a great story. Coffee Talk is also on my to-play list; I've heard good things about it. Story-driven games are always great!

Totally agree. Has nothing to do with the fact that I cannot play at speed and seem to lack coordination, lol.

Welp, that one went right in the feels because, you know... Same T_T
Don't get me wrong, I still love to try everything, but over the past year, I have found myself leaning more toward cozy stories or fun sims. Who would've thought a simple supermarket sim could be so addictive? Don't even get me started on the powerwash one.

Yes, I have a few really nice games (I like puzzles and have tried some puzzle platformers - can sometimes talk my son into bailing me out if it is a quick jump or something). But ... there are some I just cannot do. Most platformers will not let you save whenever you want. I get sick of jump, run, jump, fall, reset, repeat a few times, lose my temper. A Short Hike is one that hurts a little. Lovely little tale, has exploration, a bit of a story, collect items, do a little questing - but for the life of me, I cannot get the glide right, and my reactions are slow so the landing is always about a second off. It is still loaded up but I don't think I can be bothered having another failed attempt.
Well, will not go on about my ineptitude, lol.
Some of the sims are fun. I also get sucked into some of the indie time management ones - the ones where they have a relaxed mode (lets you turn off the timer :). Sometimes I will have a go at ones with a timer. A few will not fail you, just not give you the achievements (like I care about achievements anyway), which means you can work your way through the levels and actually finish. Really like rpgs that let you explore, set up your character with stats, allow exploration - a character with stealth is ideal.

I'm sorry it's been a while; I've been so busy with so many things. Just so you know, I haven't forgotten my win yet and will get to it eventually!
I also had to come and check back to see which one I won since I installed all 3 of them. I plan to play the whole saga (can I call it a saga? English is not my native language) eventually. I'm still pondering which one to start and if it matters. I probably should poke Google. Like I did before, only to get busy with video deadlines again and forget facepalm goldfish memory...
Ooh, puzzle platformers are fun, and hah, I know the feeling; alas, I have no kiddos (or ever will) to help, so if I sk, then I sk rofl.
I'm currently playing a few things; Ogu and the Secret Forest is super cute so far, and there is lots of exploring. Spy x Anya is more laid back but gets repetitive fast, tho. Little Kitty Big City was definitely cute, too, but I expected a little more from it. So many games, so little time-sigh
It doesn't help that I'm also watching a Korean drama series right now. Unfortunately, I don't speak Korean well enough to combine it with gaming while glancing over heh.
Oh lord, I like management games, but I hate them. I am so bad at them, and timers stress me out big time. It's nice that some out there let you turn off the timer!
The latest game that surprised me is Diorama Builder - I didn't think it would be something for me, but loooord I love it, and I'm eagerly waiting for the DLC and Mech Builder (tho the dev is getting some dumb backlash, but eh). They have this idk, relaxing building no pressure thingy going on. I hope more of those will come.
There are so many things I still want to play. T_T I need more hours in a day. I'm hooked on less good Asian drama shows.
I hope you have a fabulous Sunday Delisper x

Yes, more time, sounds wonderful. When you find the secret, please whisper it to me :)
As for playing the games in order or not - I have only played the first one (To The Moon). You could google it, but I would take a guess and suggest playing them in the order the devs created them. So:-
Just a suggestion though. And yes, I think saga is a good word for these interconnected stories. Having only played the first I can confirm that for me, it was emotional and I shed a few tears :)
The following is from one of the game's forums, where someone asks if there is a recommended order to playing the three games. https://steamcommunity.com/app/1182620/discussions/0/2952663522489572029/
I had to laugh, some say they are stand alone games so play whichever one you want. Some say yes, play them in order of creation.
I agree with you about "so many games, so little time". Excluding horror, I would love to try so many. My incompetence holds me back though. And once I try a game, I usually just keep on with it ... to try to complete it.
I think I own a diorama game - they do look good. Not sure I have the creative juices to make the most of it - when I install it I guess I will find out :)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend too (is a Monday now for me - but I retired/resigned about two years ago now so have no schedule to stick to, apart from housework, lol).
