is not my fault that humble bundle decided to make it like this randomly without telling anything... either way I wanted to give it away and a "simple rule" wont affect anybodies lifes. To top it off nobody from my friendlist cares about this game (maybe 1 or 2) and I don't have the time to be checking up who is from where to white list 1 by 1.... to be honest I didn't knew about the "rules" thing you telling me, but is something very very basic i'm asking. Either way it'll be the LAST giveaway for a while now as i'm not gonna giveaway humble bundle games ever again unless they decide to make keys row again (sadly as I still had many HB left overs..)

Yeah, I heard about Humble Bundle going region locked keys now. It really sucks!

It should be region but it seems to be COUNTRY as a couple of giveaway I did one from mexico, and another from costa rica both inside SA region and yet they couldn't activate the game.... I was able to buy the guy from mexico an steam copy of the game he won thanks it was on sale on steam, but the other guy had to create a ticket for delete the giveaway as the game is super expensive on steam and the guy agreed to it (thank god) yet again still waiting for steamgift to delete the giveaway.
This whole thing makes it so annoying, I will have to create a whitelist like you said and I wont be giving away anymroe humble bundle games really sad as I really really wanted to give back to the community :/
