The rules of Steamgifts are clear - if you win a game here, you are REQUIRED to redeem it on your own Steam account. Regifting won games will get you suspended, keep doing it and you'll eventually be permanently banned from the site.

At this point the only way to fix your account is to obtain copies of the games you won and failed to activate on your own Steam account - then activate them on your account. Just a PSA from your friendly Momo :-)
