I have heterochromia iridis

In my right hand's palm, instead of the two usual lines I have a single line that goes all the way side to side.

They say peoples' eyes are the color they're going to stay by the time they're a year old, with rare cases taking until they're 6 years old. Well...

When I was born, my eyes were blue, as most Caucasian babies' are. When I was 2-3, they turned green, then quickly turned back to blue, then hovered for a few years at kind of a blue-green mixture where they looked one or the other in different lights. When I was 15-ish, they turned--of all colors--golden-amber, with a faint copper ring around the pupil that was only visible in sunlight. Then over the course of a few more years, they slowly shifted to olive green, though still with that copper ring, and that's apparently what they've finally decided to be.

So, when you read about Mary Sues with color-changing eyes...just remember, it's possible. (Just maybe not the way they do it. XD)

A weird fact about me: I can't f** stand it when people sit to my left. On my right is fine...
