I know there is roughly a 0.001% chance that the winner will play it.
But if you do, for the love of gods, use the goddamn Steam forums and guides to try and troubleshoot if you run into a technical issue. The reviews are full enough with entitled little twats who are too lazy to work a little towards solving a problem as it is.

Thanks. My own personality is that I almost stubbornly refuse to ask others for help until I have absolutely exhausted every possibility of trying to figure it out myself.
I used to play real Worms way back in the day, in the pre-Steam days, and played a lot of WarMUX (open-source worms clone) not quite as far back in the day, and I've read good things about Hedgewars as well but haven't given it a try myself.
And way way way back in the day I played games like Tank Wars and Scorched Earth, and Bill Gates' famous GORILLA.BAS which came with the Qbasic editor in MS-DOS.

Those who can't be bothered to look for an answer to their issues (let alone try to fix it themselves) should be forced to go get a game working in DOS then come back and tell us how bad they have it when they clicked the "Install" button and it didn't immediately work.

Yeah, with the manual editing of autoexec.bat and config.sys to enable high memory support, with the physical jumpers on the sound card to set the irq/dma settings (and match them in the bios setup and in the dos autoexec.bat file) and so :)

So many great games, especially older ones, get s*** reviews en masse because of all the entitled twats on Steam nowadays. If it takes more than 10 seconds to run a game properly, they whine like babies and refund. Life doesn't come pre-digested. How do these people lead a normal life??
Anyway, cool GA. Love Worms. All of them. For some reason this one is not in my Steam library even though I've played for hours on console so thanks :)
