The user added me to ask about how steam gifts works, and he deleted his giveaway after he realized he needed to redeem it. According to him, the key was dupe, so now he submitted a ticket to try to reverse the confirmed win here (he marked it without using)

Incredible. There's a very active thread in IG forums where users have been logging dupe keys, and none of the most vocal confirmed any of cryo worked. If you come across another, please write me before creating another giveaway. I'd attempt to trade for it if possible (unless I get lucky before then, perhaps).
