What I don't understand are those who've activated the prize on their account, are "online" (both on Steam and on Steamgifts), but refuse to click "received". (-__-)
I found out why the person who won one of my giveaways refused to mark it as received - he used the key he won from me to create a giveaway of his own.

Yes, I read your thread in the forum. They already answered you there, that member will be suspended for regifiting and not activating a won gift after you send the ticket.

That is the ground why i only make sgtools protected GA's and set them in my forum thread (since that time i had no trouble more with the winners)

You can open a support ticket after 7 days and a support member will mark the GA as received.
