I am a Human Dumpster which accept any Steam Items.
So, I can't use all the items I get because some are restricted.
I decided to donate all my restricted gifts that I received as a donation!

You can join my Steam Group here if you want to get rid of any unwanted items or to have more information about my service. I do keep some items, but every coupons / Steam gifts / Games items that I don't use will be donated on Steamgifts.com, Coupon Dumpster Steam Group and other websites related to Steam.
