Hey, thanks for sharing with others and giving them a chance to win but I think you could not fully understand the rules since you're new here.

Long story short: You don't pick winners yourself, when the giveaway ends the site's engine randomly picks three entrants (in this cause, at least), after that you're able to see their SteamGifts profiles, e-mails if you wish to send them game this way and you can also check their Steam profiles if you'd rather like to add them. If you pick your winners yourself, the site will pick the winners anyway and most likely they will be different people than ones you did. Furthermore, they will be 'supposed' to be the winners because this is how the site works. If you won't gift the game to them, they won't be able to confirm they got it and later will mark it as not received - it means no contribution value added to the gifter's profile on SteamGifts, also I'm not sure if you'll be able to create any more giveaways using this site (when you're new you can make up to 3 simultanous giveaways and the number is rised by one with each three created giveaways with positive feedback from winners, while each negative feedback takes from you one chance to create simultanous giveaways, three neg feedbacks at the start = you can't make even one after that). You should read the FAQ, I think the stuff is better explained there than I'm doing here.
