I sent out two keys, one to you and the other to another user, who has marked as received.
Both are from the same, Nightmares from the Deep 2, which doesn't make sense that it's incorrect then.
Please send me the screenshot, and I will contact support as such.

Edit:
I've been to your Steam page, and it shows up as Nightmares from the Deep 2: Siren's Call.
When you view the Store page, it shows up as Nightmares from the Deep: Siren's Call, but is in fact the same game.
