Семён, чтоб не было недопониманий - я помню ваши сообщения про ключик допа для ГОГ (потому как ключи к Ведьмаку идут только для ГОГ). Здесь же идут раздачи ключей и гифтов только для Стима. Если же это гифт, то у него будут ограничения по региону.

you need to check the winner after the giveaway end mate, they probably could own this dlc but accidentally or intentionally enter it..
