Thanks for reporting that I posted an offering for a free game in an attempt to get me "banned" for it even though;

A) I hadn't paid attention to the current free game offers and I've had these spare copies for MONTHS but prefer to do key giveaways vs Steam Gift giveaways since keys are easier to send so I've held onto these for awhile but decided to clean house with my Steam Gifts the other day. Plus this site usually removes the ability to add games recently offered for free pretty fast. Trust me I've thrown my fair share of keys on the message board because I couldn't create a giveaway for them here, even though I didn't get most from free key offers or even know they had been offered for free (I've posted another 85 keys on the boards here outside of the 300+ giveaways I've posted here). So is it really worth trying to get an active contributor banned when they didn't know a game was being offered for free?

B) Did you check my profile before deciding to "report it"? I know it doesn't match up with your 4 giveaways worth $21 with 37 wins totaling $390 (which is still better than some I've seen, so thanks for atleast sharing some games), but my 367 giveaways worth over $2,900 with 21 wins worth $188 and I already have access to the level 5 giveaways here... I mean I have little to gain by actually trying to beat the SteamGifts' system by grabbing free keys when I don't need them for personal use and truthfully I'm just not that big of an a**.

C) I'm actually not a fan of not allowing recent free game offers from being posted here with the exception that it can cut down on the number of people leeching those keys with no intent to use them their selves and/or it keeps leeches on here from raising their level to gain access to better giveaways. If recently offered free games were allowed but for 0 point entries only it'd fix half the issue and give those of us whom aren't always fast enough vs the ninjas to get a second chance at the game we wanted from the free offers.

But for trying to get me banned with no real good reason I've opted to blacklist you from my future giveaways because I hate it when people try to throw me under the bus especially if I feel I did no real wrong... I give away extra Steam keys so they don't goto waste and to hopefully make some people happy when they win... And I try to do most giveaways with no level restrictions since I feel how else will the site continue to grow, I know that I wouldn't of stuck around as long as I did if there was no giveaways available when I first joined and I like to think that I've become a productive user here... But those occasions when someone like you tries to troll me I do consider putting a level 3+ restriction on my giveaways because it's almost always lower level users (0-2), or to just say F it and not do giveaways here since it does take time out of my day to make the giveaways than send the keys/gifts after they end and I've even went and bought extra bundles or even non-bundled games solely to giveaway on SteamGifts because I like being nice and giving back, but it has even cost me additional money that trust me I could find other uses for.

So hopefully the blacklist from me will make you atleast consider doing your homework before you try to get someone else banned. Which trust me the rules are there for a reason so trying to get me banned for "breaking a rule" doesn't upset me, until you factor in the amount non-free games I've given away so I'm not really gaining anything such as access to level 1 or 2 by "breaking this rule" on top of from what I can tell based on Reddit post dates this was made before it was offered for free... I mean trying to get someone banned is like the death sentence, you REALLY should make sure you have a good reason and case for it and even than you should weigh the positives and negatives, "he might of broken a rule buuuuuuttttt he did offer alot of non-free games as well and I am here to win free games after all, so maybe calling him out on a potentially petty rule breakage is a bad idea... I won't try to get him in trouble so I can try to win future sweepstakes from him instead of trying to make this site have one less halfway decent contributor". Common sense, the world is lacking it in big ways now adays.
