All of the top-rated reviews are positive, but obviously satirical, insincere, and/or sarcastic.
These positive reviews are certainly reason it is included in "based-on-Steam-rating" game bundles.
And going by the reviews, hundreds more random people have obviously acquired copies of the irritatingly amateurish game through such bundles.
