OK, so it turns out to be more complicated than that. The "short version" is that I need to change this giveaway to the "vanilla" version if feasible. Otherwise, I will have to invent a way to gift my winner using "an alternate method."
Ok, so you already bought it and its the Collection Edition but you worry it might not reflect as the gift you intended and the receiver, tho receiving more than the base game may not reflect as the base game in the database as shown? Hmm~
No. I was going to buy the Collector's Edition for my winner, but then I found out that Steam does not allow us to gift the bundle. That being the case, I would either have to buy the various parts of the Collector's Edition from a third-party and feed them to my winner piecemeal, or I would have to somehow give the money to my winner and hope that he or she would buy the Collector's Edition for him or herself.
Considering all of that, I petitioned to have the edition changed to the regular, "vanilla" version to save myself the headache, and my request was granted.
