I don't wanna double post, but I left a comment below about how you can ignore a dev if they have an actual developer page (which a lot of these smaller devs just don't seem to have, unfortunately)
Unfortunately I think it's only possible if they're a larger dev with a proper creator page. (Random example where you can see the little cog on the right side of the "Featured, Lists, etc headers, right under the banner.) I've seen some smaller devs with these "official" pages but apparently a lot just don't have one as even trying to paste the name of this one at the end of the steampowered.com/developer/ link just redirects to a search page instead, which is an incredibly unfortunate oversight considering it's usually these smaller devs that people would probably like to ignore
