While when you give away under the name of Fallen Enchantress Ultimate Edition, you are supposed to give away a sub 85177(I checked it in the create giveaway page.)
Technically this is against the SG guidelines:
Giveaways should accurately reflect the game being given away. If the game is not available in the giveaway list, please contact support to have the game added, instead of posting the giveaway under an incorrect name.
I would have no problem with this, and I'm really grateful. But some guys may already have the base game and they came here only for the DLC. So I'd recommend you add this piece of information in the giveaway you created (or not giving away under an incorrect name at all).

He was well aware : he bought the game on G2A for 0.4$ a couple of days ago, got the giveaways he created deleted by the site, and now creates misleading ones. The pack doesn'g countain merely DLC but also another game, that is the sequel to the one which you were gifted. You should have reported him right away.
If he was, then he does deserve to be reported. But I can't see the deleted giveaway, so there's no way I can verify what you said. I said all those above under the circumstance that he didn't notice the difference beforehand, in which case I think it's forgivable. But if he was well aware of the fact and trying to cheat to get more CV(contributor level), that's completely another thing. Currently, I cannot find any proof that supports your claim, so I assume that he's not doing these intentionally.
Whatever his intentions, keep in mind that you currently risk getting suspended for not activating your wins. You have marked the 'Ultimate Edition' as received which includes the standalone game Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes, etc - but you don't have those on your account.
It's up to you what you do by the way, I'm not trying to boss anybody around. It's just I actually would like the Ultimate Edition and was trying to work out if this guys giveaways were legit (because a lot currently aren't) and happened to notice this...
