I'm guessing you wanted to exclude all listed countries (AU, CU, DE, JP, NZ, SD, SG, SY, YE). The way you set this up only people from those countries can enter. According to forum posts this key will activate regardless of your region though.
Next time remember to deselect those countries when making a new giveaway.
