It's not a multi-win. For example, if I enter and win the game I can mark as received because the game is already on my steam account and take your key to gave it to someone else or resell it. But I didn't get my activated key by SG so no problem with SGtools.
Check the winner, I can enter even if I already own the game :)

If someone win a game 2x it's only his problem - he will evict himself from sgtools standard rules (no multi-win). XD

I already own the game because I bought it not because I won it on SG so it's not a multi-win. Anyway it doesn't matter.
