This DLC was only for sale during the event and isn't included in the new "ultimate" version of the game. It was intended to be a reward for people who supported Overkill when they needed it and not something everyone should have.
Pretty rare to see a giveaway for it from what I've seen. Thanks a ton for the chance NeonRain!

Thanks for the info, but after checking my steam account I have a follow up question (as this pack does not show up in the list of DLC:s);
Do you know the difference between the Overkill pack and this, the Completely Overkill pack?
I have PayDay 2 Ultimate, and I have the Overkill Pack, but this one I don't know....
