Well, what do you know: as it turns out, the whole uproar around the developers of Rocket League® (they love that registered trademark symbol, don't they?) selling the company to Epic lasted a scant three days. Do not feel ashamed to admit that you also have completely forgotten about that kerfuffle by the time you saw this giveaway.

And yeah... I'd kinda forgotten about this being a part of that annoyance.
Edit: or I'm simply mis-remembering all the details of the buyout. Is it still leaving Steam? Was it ever confirmed that it would?
