I saw your comment on the GA you made 5 hours ago but I was with some friends and you deleted it before I could reply something on it so actually you were the one that did not wait long enough. And timing could not have been the reason for a reroll anyway as a winner has 7 days to confirm a win. The GA was actually rerolled for a "Regifted or Did Not Activate Previous Wins This Month".
