For Indiegala's key it does not matter. People in North America (USA, Canada, Mexico) see 33550 version, and rest of world sees 33540 version. The game itself isn't region restricted, both versions activate anywhere.
IndieGala's key activates as Dawn of Magic 2 (33540 version) worldwide - even for people in North America.
That's why it does matter a little bit. For example I already own 33540 version but I still want to obtain the 33550 version as well. That's why I'm interested to know which version you are giving away. Now that I know I won't enter this giveaway of course.

It's very strange, because in my list of games to create a new GA, I can only choose 33550 version... I know that these games are the same and so winners doesn't have any problems with activation.
SteamGifts and/or SGTools must then have whitelisted this game. This means that no matter which version 33540 or 33550 anyone wins/has received doesn't matter anymore.
