It most probably will. Refunds kinda killed the sales. But at least we still get fun events during them :P
I just wish they would disable price difference as a valid refund reason during the sales and brought back the daily/flash ones
i agree about both things the events are always pretty fun and creative this one is obviously is going to have some sort of picnic theme,and that would be a good idea not allowing refunds for games that go one sale during "flash" sales. there sales have to be hurting during these sales since they stopped the flash sales i know i went from spending over $200 per sale to usually not buying anything.
Hope this sale dont suck like the past few kinda have :)
