Doesn't seem to be the case though.
Also, not to make your issue sound minor, but your case is anecdotal. The vast majority doesn't have this issue and it hasn't actually been documented. So, while I get your warning here, I think saying that making these definitive statements is somewhat misleading.

Yep, what zeruel132 said...have you tried setting up compatibility mode at all? At the EOD, Win10 is the same basic core as 7 (contrary to popular belief), so there are usually minor factors that cause compatibility issues. If you to the settings for the app and set compatibility mode For Win7 or Win8, it'll probably fire right up. If it still doesn't work, you should uninstall and do a full reinstall. If that doesn't work, then you should probably be looking at your GPU drivers.
