Bought this from Nuuvem without realising it was region locked! Looks like it is for Brazil only (sub 77759) so please only enter if you are from Brazil or you might be disappointed.
I've just checked on SteamDB and it seems you are right - there is a version of this game restricted to Brazil only. There wasn't an option on SteamGifts to list it as Brazil only, just entire SA region. I will edit description and if the winner cannot activate it I will sort something out.

Hey, I think it can only be redeemed in Brazil.
I'm from Argentina and when trying to buy it I get a message saying I won't be able to redeem it here.
