I only giveaway the "copies" I win in the other giveaways that users offer, but it made sense that they were fake. I thought they were keys that were given at some point.

It's the most common form of level cheating over on IG (besides giving away worthless beta keys). That DLC is only sold on Steam, there are no keys for it. Also you can check what the keys you won are for actually. I assume you know how.
