Hey mate. I don't know how that could have happened. I was given a batch of keys from the developer and handed them out myself and kept track of where they all went. I'm also not sure how to fix the problem, so any suggestions would be great!

I dont know how it's possible. I cant activate this key. Fix it I meant replacing the key so If u can give another one - will be great.

Dude, just try to wait the support to respond. Dont give us keys from other games because with that keys we have to mark the giveaway as non received. Just wait support and all will be good.

Dang. Looking at the keys now, three have been marked as received, three now are duplicates, and two haven't been tested yet. Once I know the status of the other two and I know how many are faulty, I will do what I can to make things better. I'm really sorry about this!
