Hi anonynamja. I understand that sometimes the issue with a key is not the fault of the GA creator. What I need you to understand is that what you've stated in the giveaway description doesn't hold the winner to agreeing to delete the giveaway if there's an issue with the key. Regardless of what you've put in the description the winner has the option to request a new key, mark the giveaway as not received or they can agree to delete the giveaway.
