I couldn't view anything from the store link, so I copied it and searched it on SteamDB. It says that this can't be used in Germany, the US, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico. Is this the version you meant to select for your giveaway? Because I'm in the US and I can enter it.

The store has been removed for the product and the packs, they only have the individual games listed now.

Try the main product's Hub instead perhaps:

That doesn't really answer my question. I want to know if someone from those countries will be able to activate this key/receive this gift. kiritoXD may have meant to select some other similarly-named package like this one or even this one. The latter was even part of a bundle not too long ago, IIRC. Or they might have meant to use different region restriction options.

SteamDB states that it's only purchase restricted. Activation and playing shouldn't be an issue then.
