I already had requested a reroll twice and support only cared about the technical requirements for rerolls. There was no interest to investigate his (bot) activities, despite him being unresponsive while he was online every few hours. Every day.
At least the upcoming changes cg mentioned will hopefully bring an end to such frustrating exchanges with support.

Yeah I had the same experience. Mods won't do their job because they're just volunteers. Always have to hand them all the evidence in a User Report, taking more time than necessary because well, we're not the mods... Then wait forever till they get to your ticket and hope they consider the hefty evidence satisfactory...
