yes, there's an option for you to request for support to change the game after creation. however from my personal experience, they took days to respond to that ticket so its more likely that the giveaway you created will end first. and then youd have to file another ticket for deletion cos that would mean that the winner wont be able to enter future Civ 5 giveaways.
