So ! What's it looks like ?
I've used a binary to text converter replacing O for 0 and H and M for 1 and it gave me some strange characters, probably didn't work.
Ok, so first, the code is using a binary system (2 kinds of characters), but is NOT Binary.
O's stand for one kind and H's and M's stand for the other.
This code was used during the great exploration of the American West.

I'm missing only the last answer. The image that come to mind is the "Lunch Atop A Skyscraper" photo, but it's not related to your quiz

it's indeed not Lunch atop a skyscraper. The hint should help. have you tried reverse image search ? if one site doesn't work maybe another will.

Completely lost, I didn't get the wheel thing.
Okay so first you need to find the set of 5 characters. Then you'll need to find a cipher tool named after an emperor.
Star with that and tell me how it goes ;)
