In French, it can be called "crayon de cire", which means "wax pencil". Indeed, the French word "crayon" actually means "pencil" in English. This is known as a false friend, of which there are many between English and French.

In Spanish it can be called "Lápiz de cera" (Wax pencil) or simply "Cera" (Wax), although most people call them Plastidecor, which is the most famous brand of crayons.
