I don't know why. I saw some things like that with dlc's on sg.
Once I was checking if one winner actived all his games sg tools said he has one not actived dlc or a warn I don't remember exactly. So I tried to check by myself.
Is better to confirm you don't have the dlc before enter in a giveaway.
